Terms and Conditions for Participation to Q&S events 

By purchasing a ticket for Stichting Queer and Sober's (Q&S) events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. General Conduct

• Prohibited Behavior: Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on all Q&S boats.

• Zero Tolerance Policy: Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discriminatory or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Consequences of Rule Violations: If you fail to adhere to these rules, Q&S reserves the right to cancel your ticket without refund. Additionally, you may be permanently excluded from participating in any future Q&S events.

 

2. Tickets

• Non-Refundable: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Ticket Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged, but the new attendee’s name must be communicated to Q&S at least 24 hours before the event’s departure time.

 

3. Liability

• Event Modifications: Q&S reserves the right to modify or cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Q&S will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

• Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the event. Q&S will not be held liable for any personal injury or loss of property.

 

4. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
